Omni Richmond Hotel
"The room...we upgraded to a superior room ...was very noisy...like no insulation...you could plainly hear people in other rooms talking....NO wifi...you have to PAY...no parking...you have to PAY 35 bucks every day...and no free breakfast....you have to pay for everything and the staff was not helpful....never ..."

"No hot water for 3 days. I reported it 3 times. No one working the desk for over 20 minutes when trying to check in. Toilet paper rack torn off and missing from bathroom. Just bad experience overall."
