All these amenities were promoted during the booking. After making the reservation, suddenly the amenities we expected to have, were not available. "

"It was ok. The issue we had was housekeeping left our door open after they cleaned it. We got back to the room and our door was ajar. I reported this to the front desk person. Thankfully nothing was stolen."
