"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all. Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices. On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."

"Staff were friendly. Place was clean! We picked this hotel for the heated pool but after we checked it we were told the pool is closed for renovations. No where on the website did it indicate it was/would be closed. If we knew this. We would have chosen a different hotel. The room was nice and spacious but the A/C unit was not working. The room got warm fast. We contacted the front desk and they were very friendly. Assured us someone would come up to fix it. We waited a bit then decided to...

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. "

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."
