"Airport shuttle is great , always fast friendly service! Front desk always helpful and polite. Great location close to skytrain or bus service also a strip mall across the street with coffee and fast food selections. The breakfast is lacking, but we like to stay here before and after a trip."

"So much fun! The pool was busy, but still so fun and nice to have the option to relax. Staff were super friendly and helpful at the front desk. The rooms were fantastic! So many attractions near by! Speeders (go karts, mini golf), Costco, movie theatre and of cooourse the hotel's Casino! During certain seasons the Richmond Night Market is right there too. "

"Just stayed one night while waiting for my flight. Room was lovely and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was given a room with a view of the marina but sadly it was dark when I arrived and left so I didn’t get to see it! Bed was SO comfortable! Shuttle to the airport was great and runs very regularly. I will definitely be back! "

"Location is perfect from Bridgeport Station, only 10 minute walk and offers great shuttle service to the airport. I loved the cozy Scottish feel as I am Scottish! ;) Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was huge, bigger than we thought. We just were surprised at the noise from the traffic so it was not so easy for a restful sleep."

"We had a great time and stay at the Holiday Inn when visiting Vancouver for the weekend. The staff were efficient and hotel was clean with all the amenities you need especially around the hotel (restaurants, movie theatre, arcade, etc). Breakfast was fresh and tasty.
