"Nice room"

"Very poor front desk service"

"Our rooms were on the back side of the facility, and the Hwy was right behind it. They need to replace the windows with a noise control window. During our stay, it sounded as if the vehicles were driving through our room. Our room also smelled like fish. On the cabinet one of the doors was missing, the remote control did not have a cover over the batteries, the floors were sticky. I was not satisfied with the facility at all. Our first and last time staying at a Wood Spring facility."

"Overall good stay. Lots of restaurants all around the facility with in 0.30 to 4. 0 miles and more if you like to explore further out."

"Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped."

"There is a train nearby and you can hear the train pretty often. We didn't mind, but I think it's worth mentioning since it was pretty loud and pretty often."

"Kitchen was fully equipped and clean. It was having a full size refrigerator for our for and extra water that was not provided by hotel. My hudband and i are not average hight 5' 7" we found the tiny toilet int the bathroom was like sitting on a child's toilet. I would be difficult for taller guest but perfect for toddlers. Parking was adequate. The property is dated and in much need of up grades. Replacing the carpet with new laminate flooring and updated furniture (including recliners that...

"No breakfast foods, only mediocre coffee. Very skimpy on toiletries. The mattress slumped and the pillows were very small. "

"As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back."

"only really giving a 2 star cause they were understanding when i cancelled our second stay. however, the room we stayed in was horribly gross, and even though it was one of the smoking rooms the condition could have been A LOT better. there were something of burn holes in the coned cover and the bed felt like laying on cardboard. it was a plus that there were no bed bugs… but that’s about all i could say. i would not stay here again and would not recommend staying here. we were in the rear part...

"We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!"
