"Nashid on reception was friendly and really lovely. We checked in a couple of hours after check in time started and the room we booked wasnt available anymore. We were offered a similar room and free breakfast which we accepted. The breakfast was amazing. A very good selection. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff all very friendly. "

"Plus point is its nicely located..Near to the airport ..Restaurants nearby , Shopping around & Efficent staff . Room facilities can be improved like exhaust fan in washroom/Toilets . Very limited space for hanging clothes for a couple . Overall its good for a temporary stay ! "

"The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early."
