"From the Lower East Side. Know the shops well. It's winter. Heat was fine. NO HOT WATER! Told by staff to let the bathroom sink and tub to run hot water valves for 15 minutes before any hot water would flow! Only then would the hot/warm water briefly come out. Real bummer."
