"We had a nice, short stay, and even were allowed a refund when we were ready to leave a day early. Great location.... Could do without the stairs. I'd forgotten how spoiled I am with luggage and going up and down."

"Breakfast had many options and it changed daily. Very clean eating area. My only complaint is the mattress was wearing down. I know they are putting in new mattresses in some of the rooms. Pool area was huge and so nice as well as the Fitness room. I definitely will stay here on my next visit to Branson. "

"If I choose to return, it would definitely be for the staff and the breakfast!! Oh, and the warm chocolate chip cookies at check in! Our room was clean, but the beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable. The soap was as dry as Ivory, and the tiny bottle of shampoo/conditioner turned my hair into a mass of straw. It was so dried out that it didn't look like I got it wet at all. Definitely take your own! The location was great, although our view was a concrete wall! The Grand view was on...

"We will be taking this location off our list of usual stays after this visit. The quality of our stay this time compared to this past fall has decreased immensely. The room was clean, but the soap dispenser in the shower room was empty. We were only given 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for four people. The lights were unplugged. The TV didn't work. The grass around the property was overgrown up to our ankles. Broken glass window in the pool room near the hot tub. There was a vehicle parked...

"The staff was overwhelmingly excellent they made sure everything you needed and wanted you received it We had a problem with our air conditioner but it was fixed immediately. Front desk staff was remarkably excellent. Manager on duty at the time we were there went out of his way to make sure he always said hello to greet us"

"It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. "
