Upset re shuttle service
"Loved the hotel but was extremely upset because they would not pick us up at the airport even after me calling before I made reservations and the day before I flew to Dallas. They had a shuttle to and from the airport but refused us service at 9:00 pm from airport and shuttle ran until 11:00 pm."
