"The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. "We stay on a regular basis. Free car park. The beds are rock hard so request a mattress topper. Excellent restaurant and a very easy walk into Jesmond very helpful staff"

"Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it."

I needed to keep some food items refrigerated and frozen, they were very accommodating and kept my food in their refrigerator and freezer.
