"Lovely room with aircon and accessible location right near the Arc de Triomphe. Streets around are full of restaurants, shops and stalls. No elevator on a hotel with 6 floors is a downside and no offer or even hint of assistance to get luggage all the way up and down the winding staircase was somewhat in line with our French experience.
