"The breakfast was fresh. The staff, Jocelyne, and Felicia in particular were very pleasant but the manager of the hotel. Shah Was so rude. I have worked at the Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal, so I have experienced working in the hospitality industry. We have stayed at this location many times before and the way he handled the request that we had and they didn’t fulfil the request that we were promised, he handled it very poorly."

"Breakfast was good, not great, but it was an extra cost. I can’t think of the last time I stayed at a hotel that did not have complementary continental breakfast. It wasn’t better than that and frankly a little confusing. You could’ve included with your reservation, if not, charged to your room or paid directly, but even the front desk had trouble explaining that to me."

"The couch in my room looked like it had ben taken from a dump. The shower had no water pressure. There was no one at the desk when I arrived, I had to wake someone up, and then wait for them to come down. There were no hangers to hang my shirt.
