"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced. When I got there I went to my room and there was a lady in it. The lady and I got sent the exact same room and they gave me the code. "The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open.
