"We arrived late evening. The staff informed us that the dining room was closing at 10pm. I ordered off the menu at 9:30 but wasn't informed of a buffet set up that I saw other patrons using. Early breakfast was okay with fruit, yogurt, bread and meats and mini sweets. Room was warm and fan on shelf was broken-the blade was off the motor. Was not provided the wifi password upon arrival."

If one has time, the city center is a 25 minute trip by train but the hotel wouldn't be ideal for a lengthy stay traveling into the city multiple times as it'd become pricey although the trip itself isn't a hassle. "The beds are really uncomfortable and the pillows, the beds are really Small and like fragile, the move easily and the pillow is like air, really small and the mattress really thin I would really like a refund or something"

"We travel frequently and I rarely take the time to review a hotel but this time requires an exception. The breakfast was excellent, the room was exceedingly clean, everything (ie elevators, ice machines etc) are super efficient. But the real jewel was the staff. My wife fell and broke her hip (not at the hotel) and while she was hospitalized, the hotel staff became like family and helped these two Americans get through this ordeal. We will gladly return one day to thank them and try it all...
