"Clean, comfortable, good food in the restaurant. Breakfast OK (but not better than OK). No AC and right beside train tracks and busy road so on hot nights there will be some noise in your room. Parking was full when we arrived due to busy restaurant. Had to park across the road at the train station until parking was available at the inn."

"It is a marvelous boutique hotel, well located and excellent service. The hotel has a theme that inspires every corner. The owners are very welcoming and serve a delicious breakfast to all guests every morning. The rooms have air conditioning and were very clean. Happy to stay there."

However the room we were in (an upgraded room) was over the kitchen and every morning at 7am something started up and all we could hear was the hum of it which is annoying when you would like a lie in. "Great location for this hotel in centre of Corfe Castle with parking which is a plus as the village doesn’t have many places to park. We booked a garden room for two nights and were a little disappointed as the garden rooms are all described as spacious and within their own walled garden. The photo shown on their website does not in any way look the same as the one we had. The room we were given was very small and dark and had tiny awning windows. "Fabulous location for Weymouth would thoroughly recommend"

"Lovely and cozy stay! It’s easy walking distance to the beach, the pier, and restaurants. The manager wasn’t in when we went last minute and the staff was alarmed that we were able to make a reservation. They were still able to accept our reservation and made it a pleasant stay (esp because it was one night). The rooms were well decorated and bed was comfortable. They have some toiletries if you’ve forgotten yours. If you have a car, you can ask for a parking permit to avoid paying the public...

"Great rural location (i am not a golfer), really nice room, clean and comfortable and reasonably stylish. Only let downs were; paper thin walls so could hear quiet conversations in the adjacent rooms, and a noisy shower (neighbour showered at 1am!). it was a heatwave; room fans were provided but it would have been good to fully ventilate the rooms. Due to work commitments i had to leave before breakfast so can't comment on that."
