"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"We loved Yarra Valley Lodge! Super comfy bed and loads of kangaroos across the property which we cool to see!
The property could benefit from a cosy lounge/bar area as the existing bar wasn’t that inviting."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small.
Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Great location but was very disappointed by the cleanliness of this room and hotel. Carpets were full of stains. Old food and flower petals under the bed, left over from previous guests. Dust on all the window sills and surfaces. Windows were so dirty that you could not even enjoy the view outside. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Everything felt very dirty. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were all the same sticky liquid. Would not stay here again"
