"Clean rooms"

"Overall stay met our needs. Friendly staff. Helpful when our card did not open our door before checkout. Cleaning staff were responsive to assist. Parking was great. Room clean and beds comfortable."

"We had recently stayed at this Comfort Inn with no issues, however our most recent stay, was not great. Upon arrival there was no check-in clerk at the desk. I used the button to alert them of our presence. A few minutes later an older gentleman came out from one of the offices and said I needed to push the button to get his attention. "Breakfast offered a good variety of foods and the breakfast staff were cheerful and friendly. The hotel staff made us feel welcome and they were attentive to our requests. Overall, our two day stay was pleasant and stress free."

"The owners ere very friendly and welcoming. The rooms have been well used and show the age of the hotel. While things were surface clean, there were stains on the bed covering, sheets were flimsy and pillows need replacing. Grout in bath/shower a bit gnarly, carpet worn. While the people inning the hotel were very nice, I would look for something else I the area if I needed a hotel there again."

"The AC was on, pillow cases stained, and pillows and bed were lumpy. There was roach traps in the room and the place over all was very out dated."

"This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable"

"Room was very clean and staff was very helpful"

"I live in michigan and I would literally go back just to stay here! Very clean, the steakhouse was amazing and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable."
