"My door was broken so I became stuck inside the room with my family. Using all my force I was able to rip the door open and inform the staff. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but we still had to use the room for the night. Returning to the room at night, we were stuck outside as the door required me slamming my body into the door multiple times to get it open.
