The hotel is a Classic, a Must-Stay. The staff is very friendly, eager to please. The pool is fantastic. Did not want to leave. Highly Recommended!!

Bom hotel mas há outros melhores no Rio

Hotel muito bonito, com um lindo lobby e quarto bem decorado e confortável. Faltou em nossa opinião um pouco mais de atenção a alguns detalhes e um melhor treinamento do staff da recepção, da piscina e principalmente da segurança. Os seguranças eram bem pouco receptivos e de certa forma inconvenientes.

Erfarenheter från Gran Melia Nacional i Rio

Vi avslutade en månadlång kryssningsresa från Europa i Rio de Janeiro och efter en sista natt på fartyget i hamn i Rio bodde vi två nätter på Gran Melia Nacional i Sao Conrado i Rio. Vi hade bokat ”Red Level” och bodde högst upp på våning 29 med fantastisk utsikt. Red level motsvarar de klubbrum som vissa bättre hotell har som inkluderar viss extra service som innan middag drinkar, eftermiddags kaffe o champange mm. Området Sao Conrado är vid beachen, men i den lugnaste ändan närmast Leblon. Ipanema och Copacabana ligger närmare stadscentrum, men ett lugnare område passade oss utmärkt. Området är utöver beachen lugnt och känns också dagtid ganska tryggt. Servicen är alldeles utmärkt på hotellet som också har ett poolområden, flera barer och en bra restaurang. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Gran Melia Nacional både för familjer och övriga.

Otimo hotel

Hotel fantastico. Realmente 5 estrelas. Perfumado. Funcionarios execelentes. Pena a exploracao no preco. por exemplo: Agua 300ml 11 reais. jantar anoite 115 por pessoa + suco 300 ml 11 reais. total para casal com 10% 277 reais, Para um buffet fraco de opcoes e que nao vale tudo isso. Alternativa: ir no shopping ao lado 5 minutos caminhada. Recomendo tirando esse detalhe. Praia de dificil uso. Risco de assalto tb meio alto pois é ao lado da rocinha.

Áreas com ótimo espaço físico , pouco difícil de encontrar bom estado do RJ, hotel velho , mas todo reformado, Serviços de péssima qualidade! Desde à chegada, passei com 3 malas perto de vários funcionários, nenhum ofereceu ajuda... cartão errado dado para meu amigo, que entrou no quarto e encontrou um indivíduo totalmente nu... serviço péssimo de bar , de room service e até o salva-vidas impertinente . Comunicado tudo à gerente do dia Srta Lívia, que pegou meu telefone e disse que me retornaria...não retornou, fazendo jus ao meu descritivo. Diária de quase 1000 reais eu paguei, mas que fica bem atrás de serviços de hotéis de primeira linha como Fasano e CopacAbana Palace. Localização ruim, próximo à Rocinha e de difícil acesso! Nota Global: 4/10

Un clásico de la arquitectura brasileña recuperado

El hotel es un clásico de la arquitectura brasileña felismente recuperado en 2017 después de 20 años de abandono. Esta en Leblon, excelente zona para encontrar buenos restaurantes y shopping. Las habitaciones son cómodas y las de vista al mar excepcionales. Hay problema con las camas king size que improvisan juntando dos camas pequeñas. La alberca es pequeña y suele ser muy concurrida. El buffete del desayuno es muy bueno. Estan por abrir p.e. el bar del piso 40 y las tiendas, entre otras atracciones.

Excelente hotel, espaços muito agradáveis e de bom gosto. Funcionarios atenciosos, educados e bem treinados. Drinks perfeitos no bar do lobby, porém o bar da piscina apresenta qualidade bastante inferior. Acho que deveriam ter o mesmo padrão já que os preços são os mesmos. Foi ótima a estadia com a família!

A Área do hotel é muito bonita, bastante espaço para relaxar e uma boa piscina para passar a tarde (bar com poucas opções de comida e bebidas com preço acima da média). O quarto é bem amplo, muito limpo e bem decorado. Belo café da manhã! Curtimos bastante a estadia.

Absolutely fantastic stay

My stay at Gran Melia was absolutely wonderful and it's probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Starting from a fantastic room facilities, amazing views on the beach and the city, divine breakfast and outstanding service. When I lost my watch the staff was incredibly helpful and supportive for which I'm incredibly grateful. I would definitely recommend this hotel whether for a business stay or pleasure and hope will be back there one day myself.
