The hotel was nice from the minute we stepped in. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The amenities were great, especially the bar in the pool area. Everything was so clean and the housekeeping staff was very helpful as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Américas Barra Hotel
The room was good, but had a very strong musty smell. The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was very weak, and they didn't turn on the air conditioning in the lobby, making it very hot.
