Américas Granada Hotel
Very good, very friendly, location it’s great, 8 minute walk to the market, 10 minute walk to the metro to Copacabana. You Can explore a lot without wasting much on transportation, the best location for a hotel in my opinion.

My first room had now AC, i tried sleeping couldn't, but went down to lobby and they were able to place me in a new room that had good AC. The rooms are okay, get what you payed for, I would spend double the money to be near beach now that I know.

Royal Regency Palace Hotel
Our king bed room had a weird layout of 80% bed, leaving the rest of the space feeling tight and cramped. Lighting is either all on or a small bed-side lamp. I needed a place for the night and this served well. The breakfast was great. Only negative remark would’ve that there was no towel in the room. Otherwise definitely a place I’d pick again
