Es un lugar hermoso toda la biosfera de Río Lagartos y los atardeceres desde el hotel son maravillosos.

A mi, todos bien
Mi esposa y yo llegue a Rio Lagartos en autobuses Noreste en Yucatan de Tizimil y ADO de Valladolid sin problemas. Dos cuadras caminando al hotel donde todos estaba perfecto, falta solamente el wifi por mi esposa. Otras restaurantes cercas tuven wifi y a mi no estaba mal 😳

Todo muy bien, solo no me gustó que el desayuno “bufet” no es como tal bufet ya que te sirven una sola vez y limitado. Siento que es un poco un engaño, mejor pongan menú limitado o platillo por persona.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero parece ser el mejor en Rio Lagartos. Las habitaciones son austeras pero funcionales: cama escritorio, banca, TV, baño. Nunca falto el agua caliente, y las camas son cómodas. Las toallas limpias pero ya muy gastadas. Es una excelente base para explorar la Ria, o para ir de pesca. Rio Lagartos es un lugar fantástico en términos de naturaleza. Las personas de servicio todas muy amables. No probamos la comida del restaurante, pero se veía bueno. Ver la puesta de sol desde el 4o piso es una gran experiencia.

Two day trip
Very comfortable hotel with a gorgeous warm pool. Hotel has its own dock where you can get picked up for waterboat tours.

Geräumige Zimmer, schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool und Steg. Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse ist fantastisch. Die Liveband die jeden Abend auftrat war auch sehr gut.

Worst hotel ever
I have travelled all over the world. Stayed at many hotels from 1 star till 5 star. I know the hotel is a 3 star category, but it should be only 1 star. The bathroom was awful. I have never slept so bad in a bed. Even better to sleep on the floor. My wife even suggested we sleep in the car. And that never happened in our 25 years of marriage. No further comments before I get more upset. The price for that room should have been for free. And then I would still say no thank you. Has Hotel.com ever been at that hotel.

We were welcomed with a drink, and sent up 3 flights of stairs to our room (my husband is 70), The room was mediocre and overlooked the kids playground. No waterview and not romantic. When I asked for a room with a view I was told NO. I was informed that waterview suites were only for families. I made it clear I wasnt on vacation to sleep outside a playground.
