"Wanted something close to the airport for an early flight. Room had a queen bed and a twin which was great for my son. They have a free airport shuttle which was great. Separately, Staff helped us call a taxi with a child seat, which was helpful. Located in an industrial area so there’s not much in walking distance. Worked for what we needed."

"Our entire experience at hotel was ok!! Tge staff assistance was unavailable!! Ask for directi on s to a point nothing needed extra towels for my room none was delivered I asked twice! Nothing!! It’s sad because I am a Hyatt member won’t stay at a Hyatt regency again very poor customer service not good Hyatt Ask for direction front desk receptionist advised that her manager printing it never received it I asked twice!!! Hyatt regency Barcelona tower I won’t stay there again and won’t recommend...

"Not the first time stay, expected a bit much, like sea view, room size but couldn’t get them, a bit disappoint. You pay what you get, no complain. Food was not that great as in my memory."

"The hotel and room was very clean. The welcome drink was nice and the front desk staff were great. Breakfast bar was good too. Locations is nice with bus stop across the street direct to the airport, near a metro stop to get to the Barri Gotic area and a walk to the wonderful Park Montjuic and the night time Magic Fountain display not to be missed. I would recommend this to anyone."

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was also a great size and the bathroom setup was great for our family. The hotel is close to resturautants and a shopping plaza. We had no issues getting taxis and transporting to the port for our cruise."
