"This property was spectacular! It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences, Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance."

"One of my favorite hotel stays. Very clean. Easy access through lobby to bar/restaurant, Country Music Hall of Fame, coffee shop and other amenities. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will be staying there again and recommend the hotel if you want a luxury feel for a reasonable price."

"The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. "DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. "Love the midtown location. It’s not in the crazy chaos and noise of Broadway but has a nice set of restaurants and bars that are walkable. You can walk to Gulch and then the flipside to Edgehill. And it’s an easy service car ride so you don’t have to pay the $50/night parking. The hotel is modern and pretty clean. We used the rooftop pool and fitness room. "We love staying in unique properties and adore old architecture. This is an old train station.... next to functioning railroad tracks. The trains run all night and our room was overlooking the tracks... we didn't sleep well, but wouldn't miss the experience."

"I liked the cleanliness, food and customer's services. but don't like the beds. Both beds in my room made embarrassing squeaky sounds at every turn. My experiences would have been excellent but for that. They need to tighten all screws in their beds or do something urgently to eliminate the bed noise."
