"Clean large room, friendly staff, excellent pool facilities. The pool & jacuzzi & sauna & steam room are lovely and can be used by hotel guests, not just spa guests. "The receptionist was so lovely and helpful! Parking on site was really good. Bar staff hilarious!! My only moan would be that we had a room at the front which meant the noise from clubs and people walking past was incredibly loud. It went on until 5am, we purchased some ear plugs which meant the 2nd night was much better. This definitely wouldn’t stop us coming back, which we hope to do very soon."

"Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. "
