"The hotel’s location is really unfortunate-right by an onramp to the highway. The car noise was incredibly loud in the room -deafeningly so. Within 1 hour of our arrival I called down to ask if there were other, quieter rooms. Rather than tell me there weren’t, the person at the front desk said I had been in the room too long to change it. I said that shouldn’t matter, and then she said there weren’t no alternative rooms. I doubt she was being truthful. I wouldn’t stay there again!"

"The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked...

"Room was horrible, there were holes in the walls, broken shower, pool out of service yet still listed as an amenity."

"Upon checking in, we were greeted by Carol and she did a fabulous job. Was very professional and accommodating. We plan on staying again for one of our weekend getaways. I would highly recommend."

"Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. "

"Staff very nice, breakfast to be expected from buffet."

"We were pretty disappointed with our stay in Canton. The hotel was under renovation, which I get is important but there was no place out front to park to check in. Our room had gum stuck to the carpet and the TV did not work."

"Staff was friendly and courteous and accommodating to my late arrival and late check out."

"We were pulling a 6x12 enclosed U-Haul. There was plenty of parking on the side of the building with double spaces suitable for pull-through parking. There also was a casino building not far away, but apparently not open on the week days, or, at least, not late at night. No noise or colorful casino lights at 2 am, when we arrived, or at 10 am, when we left. Some nice little quacky ducks in the canal behind the property parking lot."
