"No, there wasn't a breakfast or laundry service according to the front desk attendant Solana. In fact when asked, Solana smirked when she said no and offered no further assistance. The stay at the Queen through sosuite was much better and more affordable."

"No - we had so many problems with the parking and the hired security at your casino/hotel. I paid $1100 to stay Friday 3pm-Sun 11am and gambled and ate at your restaurants and you sold my parking spot to people going to a sporting event. We went into town on Saturday and couldn't park when we got back!!!!????? The garage was full and even with my proof I am staying there was turned away and Valet wanted me to pay $100/ SUCKED - we had to drive around for 1 hour before allowed in our parking lot. Then the security outside the building wouldn't let us in and we finally proved we are staying there and they made us go in the SIDE DOOR. So while staying at your hotel we could not leave and go see PA history sites because afraid we wouldn't get back in. I've never experience this anywhere else I ever travelled - I will NEVER stay there again NOR recommend it."

"Rooms were clean, but a bit worn. I believe they charged extra for added visitors since I had 2 rooms for 6 people, but only had 4 towels. No free coffee in the lobby, had to wait quite a while until someone showed up to man the counter. Rooms were very noisy with mechanical sounds of water running and hvac - over 60db at night. Very nice view on the river side, but I would try some where else given a choice. "

"We and many others were told at check in that breakfast began at 6am but it starts at 7 on the weekend. Seems small and insignificant but caused issues that Saturday morning."

"The room was filthy. Wads of hair all over the floor. Had to go to the store to purchase our own cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. There was a hole in the pipe under the bathroom sink, so we had to have someone come out first thing in the morning. By the time we came back to the room, it was “fixed”, but when we tested it, it was still leaking just not as much. Breakfast was a joke! Self serve/make waffles, toast, and juice/coffee, that was it. Ice machine had not a single piece of ice. Someone from the office woke us out of our sleep and called at midnight to “check in” with the work that had been done. Then proceeded to state that someone was complaining about noice, yet we were in bed by 9/9:30p because of my toddler and the fact that I myself had competition in the morning. The only thing that had going for them was the beds. They were nice and comfortable. Plenty of parking. "
