"We were in a king suite which was very spacious. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was a bonus as it was in the 90's."

"I stayed in this hotel twice and both times I’ve absolutely loved it. For the price, the amenities are really good. They have hot breakfast. The pool is average, but it’s just exactly what you need and there’s also a Jacuzzi, which is nice and relaxing. The locations to the beaches and other areas that are enjoyable are relatively close, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable and I will be staying there again in the near future."

"It was my third time at Magnolia and I enjoyed every time; however, it seems it went down the hill. Hotel and rooms are clean, water pressure fenomenal. Pool area is no longer enjoyable. Non guests are coming to use the pool with lots of pool toys and floaties, children are out of control. At least 3 maybe 4 groups a day specially on the weekend. They leave the pool at evening, pack their cars with coolers and toys an drive away. Pool is not maintain well anymore. "

"The room was duty! Bathroom, carpet, shower. Staff walked in room without knocking twice,extremely loud noise around 5 am right outside room .Breakfast was the only good thing of hotel."

"Nice place to lay your weary head. Great water pressure in the shower. Hubby had a medical emergency when he was down here and the staff was so helpful until I arrived a few days later. We will definitely be back!"

"We were in room 205 and the only problem I found was a foul odor coming from the drain in the shower and the floor of the shower was not properly pitched so water would constantly flood the bathroom"
