"This quaint hotel is one block from the beach and easily walkable to many restaurants, cafes and coffee:) The hotel also gives you a beach cart with umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler! It was so nice to have for a quick weekend trip down the the key:) Janna was the easiest and most attentive representative and loved working with her! Made check in the easiest after our flight in. "

"Location was excellent! Easy walk to the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to the village. Loved the beach amenities provided by the resort; wagon, chairs, free bottled water, beach towels. This was our third visit to Beachside villas and would never stay anywhere else!"

"Great deal! For the price we paid, this was an excellent choice, the room was very clean with all the essentials. The place was very quiet although the property is located on a main road. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and courteous. The check out staff was very efficient and nice (I can’t say the same thing about the person in charge of our check in……maybe because we arrived on Christmas Eve….). Overall this place is great! "
