"The Refinery is a hidden gem in Midtown. Excellent location to go anywhere in the city and have a larger more comfortable resting area. We have also stayed there for the Thanksgiving parade and loved the proximity and access. Wonderful hotel, can’t say enough."
"Fabulous location! The room was a good size, nicely arranged, had a keurig, a tea kettle and a mini fridge. the sheets and towels seemed fine but i found human hair on one of the towel areas in the bathroom, and toe nail clippings on the carpet next to the bed. YUCK. Management immediately gave me another room. This one was better, but had debris in the shower, and hair in the shower drain. Overall, staff were very responsive. Great hotel, worth the price, but they need to step up cleanliness....
"The plumbing makes noise when others are using it from their room, no free coffee or tea provided, the tea bag for sale is old.
The staff are great, food is good. Generally the hospitality is great. We will do it again in the future."
