"Room was clean and ready at time of check in. We also needed to extend our stay an additional day and they couldn’t give us the same room but did give us a better room at same price as before."

"I chose that hotel, because it had 9/10 stars. I am confused how it was rated so highly. If given the option, I will post pictures. It was not clean. The hallways weren’t clean, and the bathroom was not clean."

"I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again."

Our first night 3 trains came by the hotel from 12:30am to 6:00am, each one blowing their whistle at the crossing waking us up. "You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. Needless to say both my husband and I had a horrible night sleep. The location is great. It’s an old hotel that needs renovating badly. I would stay there again if they got new beds and bedding"

"The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cozy. The waterslide was a huge hit with my granddaughter. Couldn't keep her out of the pool! The only thing that was an issue was the ice machines were out of ice most of the time. We had to go from machine to machine just to get a full bucket. Overall, it was a wonderful stay."
