"We were very impressed at first look at the property both outside and inside. The interior design was superb. After spending a few hours at the Inn, I began to notice some issues with cleanliness. The property needs a very deep cleaning. Surfaces are kept OK but upon further look, you will find dust and debris underneath furniture, on hardwood, on rugs in the dining room, and dust behind open doors. I was sitting in a side chair in our room and the light was coming in the window and it revealed...

When we pulled up, we were met by Julian (valet), he was so welcoming and worked hard. He went out of his way to run to our car to get items, he filled our cooler with ice, and was nothing but kind. "We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. After 30 minutes of trying to get in our room while trying to not piss my pants, I was finally given an “emergency code” that let us in the room. Between that bad check in experience, and...
