"The property was very plain, but clean for the most part. They do not have an elevator, not really an issue since we stayed on the 1st floor. The breakfast was better than a continental style breakfast with biscuits and gray, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The pool area says that it is under renovation, but it looks completely closed with very old plywood placed over it. As stated before, the room was plain and dated, but clean. The mattress was not terribly comfortable, but definitely not...

"The room was filthy it stuck. The bathtub was so dirty I wouldn't get in it. And the bathroom smelled like pee really really bad it was just nasty all the way around I would not recommend it to anybody ."

"The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future."

"Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around!"

"The staff and hotel are wonderful. Work out room is quiet and clean. We stayed in a queen suite for the week, and it was perfect. Enough room for all three of us not to fall over each other or our luggage. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, eggs, egg cheese English muffin, and sausage. They also had waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. The staff was helpful and informative of the area. We absolutely loved our stay. Price was VERY nice for a week stay. Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. "The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross."

"It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful."
