"They do not clean rooms until you fill a special request for cleaning. Have you ever heard about such things? I asked twice managers on shift, the 1st one ignored my request. The 2nd made me wait in the lobby till the room is cleaned at 10pm. I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago, and there was more attention to guests requests. Sad..."

"Clean room, old but updated. Clean and well maintained. Its like a museum and a hotel in one. The stuff are so helpful. I luv that their pool and hottub hrs are 630-11 pm. They said the pool is heated but it is not. The bathtub has a rust , i dont know wheather its a design. They provided almost all the bathroom amenities especially toothbrush but just one instead of 2 toothbrushes. I just am surprised theres no slippers provided. No fridge and microwave. But theres lots of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel and around it. They even have room service which was awesome. Enjoyed this stay a lot. I asked for a room close to the elevator, but was placed in a room so far from the elevator. The parking self was far from the enteance to the hotel. So its better to do valet parking if u have lots of stuff. 10$ more only from self parking . Theres coffee machines but just no water to make coffee. "

"It was very nice place to stay, nice staff, clean room. I stayed in bridal suite and their jet bath was amazing!! Amenities were ok, I just hope there was a tissue paper in the bathroom. I definitely want to come back. Just one thing it was pet friendly community but there was only a few trash can and no poop bags., it’ll makes it better if they make a bit changes"
