"The check in and check out process was so easy. Although many of the rooms were recently updated, there were several areas of the room that were missing paint, the white chairs were stained and it seems like some of the exposed drywall was just painted over without repair. Housekeeping was also knocking on our door quite early in the morning which if you plan to be in bed at 8am is a rude awakening. Outside of that, I love the location, it is away from the busy crowds."

"Rooms are minimally equipped, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and adequately stocked. You have a coffee/tea shop with chachki on site and restaurants and the bakery on either side. I would use this as a ski or hike trip stopover every time! The property is right on Main Street with setbacks and a cute/smart setup. "

"We booked a two-bedroom suite, which is the whole 2nd floor. The suite was very quiet, so we had excellent sleep. Parking in the area is understandably tight, but our suite had a dedicated parking spot, which was very convenient for us. Overall, it was very good experience for us for a one-night stay in Carmel by the Sea."

"Zack was very cordial and helpful and helped us with our luggage to our room .the room was like a little cottage with a view of the ocean overlooking a crystal shop. Great location to walk to every thing."
