"They over charge your card and then can’t tell what the charge is for or make something up. When we got there they gave us a dirty room and we had to call to get out room changed not a upgrade but whatever."

"This hotel is in a great location downtown. Very walkable area. Parking ramp is attached to the hotel so very easy parking. We ate breakfast at the restaurant/bar area and it was good. Not crazy expensive. Rooms were clean. Elevators are fast and there are enough of them so very short wait times. "Everything was so close and accessible. Arrival on the Amtrak and then getting around town on the buses and train for only $5 a day with the unlimited pass (Ventra card purchased at any train station). Even the manager was there in the morning making sure everything was great for us. Very pleased with everything."

"Wonderful experience at this Sonesta. The rooms were large and comfortable, with some superior bedding and pillows, and the staff was so helpful. The only thing that took some patient pants was the elevator service, very slow and small so it took a couple tries to call an elevator that wasn't already full (tip: request a high floor level). The location was perfect, steps from shopping, fantastic dining, and an 8min walk to Oak Street Beach!"
