"The pool was not open at all during the stay. It was green and had no loungers. Barely any food during breakfast hours. Power went out during the second day of our stay and was not returned. We were given no updates about the power status and had to pack our things at 10pm to find a new hotel. They report we will get a refund for the night we missed… waiting on that."

"Electric was out at the property as well as the surrounding areas. (Not the fault of the hotel) Would have liked to have known that fact and the fact that we wouldn’t be allowed to check in after a delayed flight got us the hotel at 2am. No other choice then to drive 4 hours home after 12 hours of travel. A little heads up would have been nice so we could make a plan."

"This hotel was super easy to navigate and is located right buy all the gates and TSA. We were surprised how quiet it was considering it was in an airport. I was disappointed that the little snack shop seemed to be closed a lot. Staff were super nice."

"Didn't get to stay even though paid for room they gave room to someone else, also know they did it to two other people we had all rode over on same shuttle bus. I call this piss poor management. Would never recommend a Doubletree hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!"

"Amazing location, breakfast was nice, staff was incredible! The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, walls were grungy, second night we noticed a huge stain on one mattress, was just generally worn down and coukd have used a good scrubbing. Area was incredibly safe, lots to do and walk to, close to Broad Line which was very helpful."
