"We like that the airport was close to the hotel, the check-in staff is not really that helpful in the breakfast is not complementary. The lobby in the rooms are very nice, but again the hotel is a little bit complicated to navigate out of the parking lot. Many Chicago hotels charge for parking daily and it’s roughly $45-$50 a day so keep that in mind you can take that out of your deposit."

"My experience at this hotel was subpar. Rooms were nasty. Towels stink. Tried to get new towels, no answer when you try to call room service, or front desk. My daughters bed had blood stains. The shower curtain was stained. We switched rooms after finding the blood stain. Honestly, the staff was nice when you spoke with them at the desk, but it wasn’t a nice experience overall."

"The male receptionist was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the female receptionist was not as helpful or friendly. Her coworker noticed that I wasn't receiving the assistance I needed and stepped in to help, which I really appreciated.
