Staff was above and beyond from the moment we pulled up to the front. We were greeted outside and helped throughout our stay with room requests. Everyone made our kids feel welcome. The room was clean and view wonderful. The reason I didn’t select 5 stars was because of the restaurant staff and the housekeeping services. Everyone else went above and beyond to make our stay nice.
