"When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated.

"We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium and aquarium. Unfortunately, after our stay here we felt we paid way too much for what we received. "Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

"Clean spacious room with excellent WiFi and updated bathroom. Room is nicely appointed. Bed is a bit hard, so if you like firm, you will be happy.
TV lacked ability to connect to subscribed streaming also with no ability to cast programs. Normally not a big deal for us, but we do like to watch movies in the evening and the commercials were brutal. Commercials are always so much louder. We stayed for 11 days.
Breakfast was included in our rate, but I just could not eat the same thing for that...

"Super convenient to BWI. Hotel room was a little run down, but nothing that was terrible. Breakfast was à la carte and wasn’t anything to write home about if you anre expecting a quick hot breakfast before you fly out. I asked guest services when we got there what time breakfast was and she said 7a-10a. Maybe I missed where it was? At any rate, parking was easy, room was clean, pillows were fluffed. Would I stay there again? Probably. "
