Hotel murah di Rivertrace

"The staff was polite. The pictures shown in the ‘ad’ do not look at all like the lobby nor the rooms located at the property. We could not get into our room as the card key didn’t work and the couple we were with had to change rooms because someone was smoking cigarettes and weed in their room. It was noisy and we did not feel safe. We left as soon as we woke up. "

"Room was just ok trash was left in drawer from previous person who stayed. The man staff upfront was very rude when I told him I wanted to check out "

"Close to the airport, friendly staff and convenient shuttle to the airport. Room was big. Hotel kinda had an odor, most likely from allowing pets. Over good experience. "

"The room smelled of milll dew. It wasn’t properly cleaned. WiFi was not made available at the front desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. The powdered eggs had a fishy smell and were inetable . The sausage didn’t appear to be real meat. The staff hovered over the breakfast bar and gave the guests the impression he was watching over to much consumption. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!!!"

"It was fine for the price. Rooms not soundproofed. The breakfast was several granola bars and a banana. Upon check-out, the front desk refused to give me a receipt. Said, "You booked third-party, call them for your receipt". I didn't bother arguing and just left. Besides that, it was what I expected for the price point. "

"The bed comforter was ripped, only 2 hangers in closet and no luggage rack. 2 drawers. The gym was not in use and some of the ice machines. The rugs were stained throughout all the halls. The breakfast manager yelled openly at his staff regarding closing exactly at 9:00. The coffee was watered down. Bed was comfortable. Tv worked ac / heat worked. "

"Although some obvious updates have been done to the property, it was dirty. Outside the entry doors, landscaping, parking lots and inside bathrooms were dirty "

"Not the best place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and they do not offer cleaning services. Rooms were ok, bathtub was clogged and we were give a plastic wand to unclog it. Not a great experience. "

"This was a very comfortable property. Friendly staff, nice rooms, clean and smelled good. We arrived earlier than our check-in time and the gentleman at the front desk let us know kindly that our rooms were not ready yet, but strived to get us in as quickly as he could. We were very comfortable here and would stay here again. "

"We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. "

"The room itself and breakfast area were very clean. The king room was tiny, but adequate for one night's stay. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in bathroom sink was very low. The hotel is in a busy area, but noise was not an issue on the 1st floor. Didn't feel too good about the unlocked side door to the building, but the front desk employee said it would be ok. Breakfast had multiple options, but eggs were very watery and waffles very dry. "
