"The rooms were clean and efficient. However, the remodeling was going on a great majority of the hotel and the pool was not in use even though it was advertised. The food was basic but was given a small variety. I would stay again with my family because I believe when it is updated it will be a nice place."

"Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were towels everywhere on the floor and there was a heavy thick white foam in the hot tub. Other than that the rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but it's ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good."

"The carpet was worn stained and frayed. Dust was all along the baseboard and under the bed edges. The cloth covered chair in the room had wear and stains over the place you put your hands to stand up. The toilet paper wrapper was on the floor in the bathroom making me wonder how clean the bathroom was. Other than that the hotel area outside the room was nice. When we checked I went to get a cart to take my belongings to the car and the checking person said I could have one if I gave her my...

"The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is really decent and the morning lady is just wonderful! So friendly and keeps things so tidy! This is always our choice in Edwardsville."
