"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "It felt like a halfway house. Drunken guests at 2am yelling. One guest had an ankle monitor. It was a different kind of stay."

"The room was clean and most of the staff was very nice. It was a little noisy but sometimes you just have that in a busy hotel on a holiday weekend. They charged an refundable $100 fee for incidentals. Haven't received my refund yet. Hopefully this week."

The smell of chlorine in the pool was overpowering and not enjoyable to guests to the point it was burning our eyes as soon as you walk near the door. The hot tub was murky green and smelled of fish.
