"This was absolutely wonderful, the only thing that you do need to know is that they do not have a breakfast.. but everything else was beautiful and wonderful, we had a very late check-in and the instructions were absolutely perfect!"

"I had a fantastic time here. The property is stunning. The restaurants that are directly in front of the property are fantastic and it is perfect for escaping the crowds while still remaining closes to everything. I highly recommend staying here while staying in Venice."

"We can't say enough about this place. First, we had arrived 1.5 days late due to flight from USA, and onward to Venice Italy. Our hosts, the best ever, stayed in contact with us, understood, and STILL met us when we arrived. The place was clean and better than pictures. The location was perfect for seeing the beautiful city. Our only problem, not being able to stay longer! Thank you both for making our first stop in Italy great. See you again."

"Right at the corner of 2 canals and about 8 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Quieter area of Venice. You can actually see gondolas glide by the window of their lobby/dining area--how cool. Out our window (and many of their rooms have similar views) you could see the canals. "

"This was a GREAT hotel to stay in! The location, although it's a little far from the main tourist area in Venice (you can definitely walk there, though), was wonderful! Very peaceful and not crowded at all! The breakfast is extremely convenient, too. A couple of things I would have liked to know beforehand: this looks like a convent (not sure if it still is). Nuns provide you with breakfast, and there's a lot of religious paraphernalia. You also have a midnight curfew. You can pay a fee to have...

"This hotel was great! There’s no front desk so they send you all of the instructions ahead of time, which made things very easy. The hotel was a little hard to find because it’s in a small courtyard but because of that, it was pretty quiet. Also, we had a gorgeous canal view, which was awesome. The room was very clean, they give you free cartons of water, and we were able to do laundry in their washer and dryer, which was so helpful (they provide washing pods too)! "We’re staying here twice this trip. The day we arrive by plane and the night from Venice before we rent the car to go north. It is a good place for this transition. Nice beds. Curtains that block the light. Easy to find. Great staff. A few blocks from the Mestre airport bus stop & train station. Just what we need."
