"Staff was very friendly, and location was unbeatable- amazing view from the rooftop. Only complaints are that the fridge and laundry machine didnt work during our stay, and the air conditioning was not powerful enough for the extreme italian summers leaving us very warm in our room at night."

"Es un hotel bueno, considerando su ubicación y los precios de Venecia. Solo deben ir renovando algunos elementos de su mobiliario, porque habían anaqueles oxidados en el baño y algunos muebles rotos en los pasillos. Pero en general, fue una buena estancia."

"Infos zum Check in wurden kurz vor der Anreise gut durch Luigi beschrieben. Zimmer für einen kurzen Städtetrip gut. Haus sehr hellhörig. Zur Arena beträgt der Fußweg ca. 5 Minuten."

"Nous avons adoré l’emplacement et le service très courtois des gens de la réception. Seul bémol, l’air climatisé de notre chambre ne nous rafraîchissait pas suffisamment malgré qu’il était à pleine puissance. Nous avons demandé un ventilateur et ils nous en ont fourni un, ce qui a aidé. Également, nous étions dans la suite 4 et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, donc à prévoir en cas d’enjeu de mobilité. En général nous recommandons."

"Building was a little dated and showing its age. Staff was great. Location could not have been better. Just far enough away for St. Marks to be laid back and quiet but still within walking distance to everything. Water taxi from airport was very accessible. Shopping and dining within walking distance was fantastic!"

"Amazing location. Entry way is a bit off-putting but honestly not too bad. Terrace is fantastic and staff is exceedingly helpful."
