"Spotless room, close to train station, walkable distance of everything there is to see in Venice.I did not see any staff, but they were present if needed. And I know they were there, every time I'd come back in the late afternoon, my room has been cleaned up, bed was made, coffee replenished, new towel in bathroom. Nothing bad to say about the place."

"La camera è molto grande, pulitissima, silenziosa e molto calda. Gli arredi sono bellissimi, il letto molto comodo. La posizione è perfetta:in un vicolo a due passi dal Ponte di Rialto. La reception è quella dell' Hotel Rialto ed il personale è professionale ed accogliente. Ho avuto un piccolo problema di salute e tutti hanno mostrato gentilezza e volontà nel trovare una soluzione. Non è la prima volta a Venezia, non sarà l'ultima e posso dire con certezza che alloggerei di nuovo qui. "
