"The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant! We needed a taxi with a lot of luggage to get to the airport early in the morning and they scheduled it for me with no problem. When I booked the room I thought it was a bedroom and an area to sleep in (living area) just for some privacy/extra room. But it was 1 room with 3 beds. It was fine for what we were staying there. The place is very quaint and close to airport."

"Great location in Venice at a very reasonable cost. Easy walk to main attractions. Super helpful that the airport waterbus pick up location was only a short 3-minute walk from the property. Overall facility was very clean and well maintained. Staff helpful and super friendly. Our stay included breakfast which was the basic, standard fare that you see at similarly priced properties in Europe.
