"Really lovely stay. It’s an old building, but the parts that have been modernised are absolutely fab. Great team and welcome from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. Evening meal was really great and the Eggs Royale at breakfast were delicious! The spa is an absolute delight! The only bit of feedback I can give for improvement is the window glazes in the spa. I think they’re meant to be jellyfish? But they’re now so faded they just look like giant stains. So maybe replace with some plain frosted vinyls to complete the classy, sophisticated vibe in there. Absolutely not a criticism, as I really can’t fault the stay I had, just meant as a constructive bit of feedback"
Marine Hotel Paignton

"Genuinely a well located hotel in Paignton, overlooking the sea front. It's an older property, a little worn around the edges, and the WiFi only works in the reception area, but it's made up for by the friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and comfortable room. There is a lift, which is a rarity for this type of property, so it's a bit more accessible for less abled guests. Would highly recommend!"

"We stayed 3 nights from 8th October. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. The hotel is a very old hotel so obviously there are always going to be parts that need updating but overall its a Grand Hotel."

"My son and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend break. The facilities were good, and the property was only a short walk from the beach and local amenities. My son loved the breakfast, and our room was clean and tidy."
