"Most of the facility has lots of construction, many of the amenities on the pictures from their website were not the same. There really is only 1 pool no water slide as pictured since it was under construction. The entire resort has a very strong swamp odor. Our connecting room door knob instantly fell off on the first day along with the lock on our door did not work and needed to be fully replaced. "Our family- 2 adults and 2 kids, had such an amazing time at The Fives! My husband and I selected the all-inclusive package, so we stayed mainly at the resort and enjoyed the facilities. We loved the quality of fresh food. We did take iPads for the kids, because the food did take 20-30 minutes to make, so they wouldn't get bored waiting. Other than the food wait time, which was worth it, because the food tasted so FRESH, everything else was prompt and the people helping us are all so nice!"
