"Room was small for the price. Restaurant food was good. Pool/beach food was the best Buffet food not so good. Gym was tiny Show were fantastic Beach was awesome Concierge grand class amenities,Worth the money! They will do anything in there power you ask. Karaoke bar was dope. Resort grounds are beautifully done. Coffee shop sucked. Kids club awesome. The littles always wanted to go back."

"Truly a five-star resort! Our room was amazing—always clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We loved the upgrade that put us just 100 yards from the beach and pool. The secluded outdoor hot tub and shower, connected to the indoor shower, were incredible and something we used every single day. We thought we would use the upstairs sitting area and private pool more, but since we were so close to the beach, we ended up spending most of our time there instead. The villa is about 0.9 miles from the main hotel, but it’s easy to get around using the bikes provided with the villa or by taking the shuttle. What a place! We typically stay at Fairmont hotels, but having a private villa instead of just a beautiful hotel room is something that would definitely bring us back again. The staff were all so kind, helpful and spoke English well. Banyan Tree truly has a warm and friendly team. The only thing to keep in mind is that food and drinks are expensive onsite. If you want a good, inexpensive meal, you’ll need to drive about 25 minutes into town. Just be prepared to spend as much—or even more—on food and drinks as you would at a five-star resort in Hawaii."

"Customer service is terrible. Complained to front desk and they stated had to make a report. After several reports nothing ever happened. Hotel room AC did not work our first night. They then changed us to another room that the hot water did not work. One day the entire hotel did not have hot water. Need to have more dining options especially for breakfast. We were not members so we only had the buffet restaurant for 4 day stay. Outside of our patio smelled from the water . Disappointed in our stay here. "
