"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"This hotel is best for families 5 mnts drive to one of best beaches also grocery stores It’s 13 mnts from playa del Carmen employees very very kind kitchen good for breakfast and nice beds . I like the location it’s in the medle of all ateactions and cities to visit 30 to 45 mnts to. All Tulum cancun and all small cities . The best was the whasher/dryer on the apartment . I ll go back again next time "

I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...
