"Just got back from a stay at Devossion by Live Aqua Playa del Carmen, and the entire experience felt easy, relaxed, and genuinely well thought out. The resort itself is beautiful, but what really stands out uis how smoothly everything runs and how attentive and thoughtful everyone was throughout the stay. Location, Design, and Overall Feel: The location honestly could not be better. The hotel is literally steps from 5Th Avenue. Walk out from the resort and immediately you are in the middle of the action… restaurants, music, lively crowds, and constant energy. Walking up and down Fifth Avenue always felt safe and enjoyable, day or night, just soaking in the vibe. When it was time to relax or head to the beach, walking straight back into the hotel brought instant calm. The hotel has managed to keep the city action out, while being in the middle of it. It’s hard to imagine a better location than this. The hotel’s open design is actually quite brilliant. The way the property is laid out, and architected allows the ocean breeze to flow freely through the entire resort. This makes a massive difference in the heat. No matter where you are, There’s never that feeling of standing in warm, stagnant air. The breeze keeps everything feeling fresh and comfortable throughout the day. It’s one of those design choices that you don’t appreciate until you experience it for yourself. "

"It was clean no problem food good would stay again bed very comfy would of slept all day only downside no room service but make sure you eat 3 times because if you all all night and hungry there’s nothing to do "

"The grounds were well kept. The room was large and clean. The food was delicious, and they asked about food allergies at every meal which is really thoughtful. The resort wasn't overcrowded at all so there was always space to eat, and we never had to wait to be seated. Carlos and Hugo were awesome servers! All staff and employees were friendly and helpful. There are a couple pools, access to the beach, and a few other places to relax in the sun. The pool bar did get a little backed up at times but nothing more than a couple minutes wait. The first night we were there and on/off for nearly 24hrs the water didn't work for the entire resort. This was because of the city's water service provider so it was out of the resort's control. We would definitely stay again!"
